Covers the full financial transaction flow: asset appraisal, price quotation, pawn/redeem/interest renewal, asset management, payments, and user permission management.
• Built an HR-KPI system single-handedly, covering database design, backend, and frontend.
• Developed a Competitor Tracking system integrated with Google Maps API: plotting competitor locations for every branch, analyzing proximity within a configurable radius, and generating reports that support management's strategic decisions.
• Remediated 100% of security vulnerabilities from penetration test reports, including Clickjacking, SQL Injection, OTP Brute Force, and file upload vulnerabilities.
• Designed a shared metadata schema used across multiple systems, standardizing data structures for reuse and reducing duplicated work across the team.
• Transformed the nationwide repair-request process from email-based workflows into an automated system built with AppSheet + Google Apps Script + Google Sheets, with LINE alerts and full status tracking, deployed to all branches.
• Maintained and developed features across multiple systems in parallel (Backoffice, Backend, POS).
