- Core Pawn & Loan Transaction System: Contributed features to the core transaction system used by 100 branches across 33 provinces, supporting approximately 150,000–200,000 transactions per month (1,500–2,000 per branch). Covered asset appraisal, quotations, pawning, interest renewals, redemptions, asset management, payments, and user permissions.
- Hardware & Identity Verification Integration: Integrated fingerprint scanners, Thai national-ID smart card readers, and OCR into the branch system for customer identity verification and data capture.
- AI-Powered Image Extraction: Built AI-powered data extraction from images with structured output following a predefined schema for the pawnshop system.
- QR Code & Barcode Scanning: Implemented camera-based QR code and barcode scanning for data entry in the pawnshop system.
- System Security & Hardening: Resolved 100% of reported penetration-test findings, including SQL injection, clickjacking, OTP brute-force attacks, and file upload vulnerabilities.
- Location Intelligence Tool: Built a competitor analysis tool with Google Maps API to map competitors around each branch, calculate distances within a specified radius, and generate reports.
- No-Code Application: Developed a maintenance request application using AppSheet, Google Apps Script, and Google Sheets to replace email-based requests, with LINE Notify notifications and centralized repair status tracking across all branches.
- Internal HR System: Independently developed an HR-KPI system across database design, backend APIs, and the frontend UI. The system was not deployed to production.
